Our office is in Albany, Auckland. School visits can be arranged, we view houses in person on your behalf, and we furnish them. An agency operating from overseas cannot do those things.
And under New Zealand law, anyone giving immigration advice must hold an IAA licence. A licence means the adviser has a registration number you can look up, and that you have a formal complaints channel if something goes wrong.

An extremely thorough team. From the first video call clarifying what I needed, they told me they would record the conversation so it could be reviewed and used to plan properly. I approached more than five agencies about studying and migrating, and this was the one whose planning felt most complete. School information is easy to find; knowing which option suits you is not. Working back from career direction and existing experience — and when we advise against going ahead.
It depends on the route. Investor categories are comparatively relaxed about the principal applicant's English, while skilled migration and student visas have explicit language thresholds. At the first consultation we establish which route you're on, then decide whether English is really the obstacle. Often it isn't.
There's no single answer. It depends on how much Chinese you want your child to keep and how long you intend to accompany them. Primary age absorbs language fastest but needs a parent here; at secondary age a homestay is possible and the transition into tertiary study is closer. We set out the visas and costs for both scenarios side by side.
Investor cases are usually measured in years from document preparation to residence. Skilled cases depend heavily on how quickly a job offer comes. If any agency gives you an exact number of months before seeing your documents, that number isn't worth anything.

Immigration New Zealand fees and third-party costs (medicals, police certificates, translation, certification) are separate, and we mark clearly which of those we merely collect on someone else's behalf.
The IAA is the Immigration Advisers Authority. Under New Zealand law, with limited exemptions, anyone giving New Zealand immigration advice must hold an IAA licence. Licensed advisers have a registration number on a public register, are bound by a code of conduct, and clients have a formal complaints channel.
Yes. Most clients complete the first three stages before leaving; consultations and document exchange are done online and don't require you to be in New Zealand. We also hold seminars overseas from time to time.
We will decline. When two parties work the same application, the school and Immigration New Zealand receive conflicting information, and responsibility is impossible to pin down if something goes wrong. If you have already engaged another company or filed the application yourself, we suggest completing or formally ending that engagement first. This is not about turning you away — it is about not pushing your case into a more complicated position.
